I bought a 2 pack on Amazon and hiked a couple of mountains over the fourth of July weekend - they were amazing. Today, about 21 days later, I noticed the metal ring you clip to is gone; good thing I wasn't leaning over a waterfall or a cliff. The ring must have an opening it shouldn't have - had I known, I'd have closed them myself with a soldering gun. Do you sell the metal ring separately? I'll take a dozen! If not for this it would have been a 5-star review, and I can't even find a way to contact you other than returning to Amazon. I'm overseas with my Hold Mate right now and, being a bit older and forgetful, it has been gold for me. I would definitely have put my phone down somewhere and lost it by now. It has been used heavily and is still in the same condition I got it. Online purchases are usually cheap and nasty, but this one is really well designed and sturdy. Best travel purchase of this trip and I highly recommend it. I'm a tough critic, trust me.

I think the tab that goes inside the phone case is too flimsy. I work outside, and on the first day there was pressure on the tab and it pulled out of the case. I do like the retractable cord. I'm curious to see how long the attachments last, especially the clip on the phone end.
