Defective Products

In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective, you may send it back to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are not refundable in this case.

To qualify for a return, the item has to be unused, in the same condition in which it reached you, and inside its original packaging.

Returns (If Applicable)

As soon as your return arrives and has been inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we received your item. We will also let you know whether your refund was approved or denied.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method used, within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not reached you yet, please go through the following steps:

1. Check your bank account once more.

2. Get in touch with your credit card provider — refunds may take extra time to post.

3. Get in touch with your bank, since processing times can vary.

We only replace items when they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Instructions

We will send return instructions by email, including the address where your item should be sent.

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of the return shipping may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please keep in mind that delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on where you are located.

For items worth more than 100 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. Holdmate cannot guarantee that your returned item will reach us.
