Recently purchased a 2 pack through Amazon hiked a couple mountains for the fourth of July weekend as d they were amazing today (about 21 days later) i noticed the metal ring is gone to clip it to, good thing i want leaning over a waterfall or cliff. The ring must have an opening that it shouldn't had i know i would have gotten out the sodering gun and closed them myself. Do you sell the metal ring separately? I'll take a dozen! If not for this I'd have given it a 5☆ review i don't even see how to contact you other than 2 return to Amazon

Currently overseas with my Hold Mate and being a bit older and forgetful, this has been gold for me. I definitely would have put my phone down somewhere by now and lost it for sure. It’s been heavily used and is still in the condition I brought it. Usually online purchases are cheap and nasty but this one is really well designed and is sturdy. I think the tab that fits in the phone case is too flimsy. I work outside. The first day there was pressure on the tab and it pulled out if the case. I like the retractable cord. I am curious to see how long the attachments last, especially the clip at the phone end.
