I got a 2 pack on Amazon and hiked a couple of mountains over the fourth of July weekend; they worked great. About 21 days later I noticed the metal ring you clip to was gone — lucky I wasn't leaning over a waterfall or a cliff. That ring must have an opening it shouldn't have; had I known, I would have taken out the soldering gun and closed them myself. Do you sell the metal ring separately? I'll take a dozen! Without this it would have been a 5☆ review, and I don't even see a way to contact you other than returning to Amazon.

In my opinion the tab that goes inside the phone case is too flimsy. I work outdoors, and on the very first day pressure on the tab pulled it out of the case. I do like the retractable cord. I'm curious how long the attachments will hold up, especially the clip on the phone end.
